At the moment, my favorite way to accessorize is with interesting and unusual earrings. I'm totally in love with these 'double bubble' knock offs of the amazing Mise en Dior earrings from their 2013/14 couture collection. They're simple and subtle, but feel slightly subversive. I love that a conservative classic (the pearl) gets turned on its head and presented as tribal homage to gauged ear lobes. Weird combo, right?!

Putting the earrings aside for a moment, notice the SCULPTURAL nature of the clothing. A cowl neck cocoon sweater and bubble skirt with oversized bow at the waist are a soft interpretation of the aforementioned dimensional movement in fashion. (Another trend we'll visit in a moment.)
