After wearing white allllllll summer I can't tell you how good it feels to wear an outfit saturated in color! What could feel more 'fall' than a 70s style suede mini-skirt in oxblood? Yeah, I know, nothing. Well, maybe a plaid scarf, but it's still too warm.

This skirt from Forever 21 has been really fun to play with! The range of outfits I've been able to come up with has been incredibly broad. It's darling for the remaining days of summer with a sleeveless denim shirt and lace-up sandals and looks great styled for cold weather with tights and a chunky sweater. I styled it today for exactly where we're headed in the next couple of weeks: the first moments of fall that are still warm enough for bare legs but beg to be dignified as autumnal with long sleeves and ankle boots. Doing it all in monochrome is just my little way of dressing easily, slimming the silhouette down a bit, and nodding to classic looks of luxury. Happy FALL FASHION everyone!
