I love when preppy menswear gets turned on its head and morphed into something fresh and new; like this oxford stripe shirt! How many times have I borrowed a blue button down from my husband's closet? Too many to count. Inifinity, probably, because I'll never stop. But I like this top as an alternative to literal menswear because the masculinityof its structured and stripes gets a dose of femininity by being cropped and then knotted right below the bust. Hot! Paired with the white LOFT trousers I've been wearing all summer (seen HERE, HERE & HERE) I feel crisp and clean but a little edgy and cheeky. Not a bad look to start off an August work week!
