My So-Called Life

This is my homage to that glorious decade: THE NINETIES! Something about mixing my favorite leopard pieces with this old-school style flannel feels so right for the occasion! It takes me back, man; back to the days when grunge was everywhere, as were ravers, Gen-Xers, Dot-Comers, and Y2Kers. And let's not forget the piece-de-resistance of the decade; Winona and Gwyneth were besties. (Do a google search... it'll blow your mind.) I was in highschool at the time and by no means was I as wordly, sophisticated, or creative as any of the aforementioned. Instead, my culture came from My So-Called Life, and in this particular outfit I feel like an amalgam of all my favorite characters from the show. Perhaps I'll pull a memory from the vault and 'bequeth' these pieces to my favorite characters in a 'senior will'.
